Will my subscription be automatically transferred to Chewy?

Unfortunately, we are not able to automatically transfer your subscription to Chewy, and Halopets.com subscriptions will no longer be able to be fulfilled after June 1st, 2024. Please visit Chewy.com before June 1st to create a new subscription and make sure your pet is not without their Halo food or other products. Check your email for your personalized discount code to enter at checkout. You can also call Chewy at 1-800-672-4399 to have them help you place a new auto shipment. Chewy customer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
